Llack1. (a) lack of sth 缺乏某事物。如：That shows a lack of common sense. 那讲明缺乏知识。Lack of rest made her tired. 她因缺乏休息而感应疲倦。

2. for [through, because of] lack of sth 因为缺乏某事物。如：I can’t buy it because of my lack of money. 我不能买它是因为没钱。
